This is our version of the classic minestrone soup. Our Azteca Veggie Soup is filled with lots of veggie bits such as celery, carrots, yellow squash, zucchini, tomatoes, onions, non-GMO corn, and pasilla pepper. Handcrafted in small batches, we even make our own vegetable broth from scratch. No stock cubes allowed! This gives our soup an authentic and delicate flavor, just the way Mom would make it at home.
