We like to think that we are beyond organic. Our ingredients are whole, fresh, and local! Many of our suppliers are the same as those used by San Francisco’s finest restaurants. (see the list for yourself). Not only that, you get it as soon as we prep it - remember “just in time manufacturing?”
We ban preservatives, additives, transfats, high fructose corn syrup from even walking into our kitchen. We are also a proud “Restaurant Partner” of Seafood Watch, whose mission is to empower consumers and businesses to make choices for healthy oceans.
It means that we serve only sustainable seafood: Fish that has been caught or raised sustainably – which means no damage to the environment, no overfishing, and no by-catch.
Our kits stay fresh in your refrigerator for three to five days, and can be prepared later in the week. The fish and meat are vacuum packed for maximum freshness and you can always freeze them if you run out of time. Seriously, with such great ingredients, how long can you wait to eat it?
