2. How many people / detox kits? (Get some company and do it with your partner or colleague!)

3. Do you have an active lifestyle & want larger portions?
4. Give us an O or an H, depending on whether you're an Omnivore or Herbivore.

3 meals and 2 snacks a day. If you want to relax and have us deliver meals + snacks, this is the plan for you. 7 Days - Starts on Friday with Thursday and Monday deliveries. (You can choose to start on the first or second week. 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). However, snacks are imperative since our Detox requires you to eat every 3 to 4 hours.
